Before You Recycle Your Device
Before bringing your device for recycling, we recommend taking a few simple steps to protect your data and ensure a smooth recycling process.

BACK UP IMPORTANT DATA
If your device still works, make sure you back upany important files, photos, or documents you may want to keep. Once a device enters the recycling process, data may no longer be recoverable.

REmove personal accounts
For smartphones, tablets, and laptops, please sign out of any personal accounts such as Apple ID, Google, or Microsoft accounts. This helps prevent activation locks and ensures the device can be safely refurbished or recycled.

Remove Sim & Memory Cards
Check your device for SIM cards, SD cards, or other removable storage. These often contain personal information or contacts that you may want to keep.

remove accessories
If possible, remove cases, covers, and accessories before recycling. These items may need to be disposed of separately.
Don’t Worry if Your Device Doesn’t Turn On
If your device is no longer working, that’s perfectly fine. Our technicians can still assess it for safe recycling or responsible disposal.
