I recently took my laptop to D Tech as the manufacturer,Samsung, wanted it for up to 4 weeks to replace a cracked screen. As I'm self employed , I couldn't be without it for that length of time. I ordered the part required through D-tech and it was replaced in under 30 minutes. Replaced, tested and laptop cleaned. Excellent friendly service. I would recommend them highly.

Can not recommend Dom and Michaelle enough at DTech!! MacBook screen went dead and after taking it in to the Apple Store to find out it wasn’t worth replacing and was told I had to buy a new one (even though it was only a few years old)! DTech fixed it straight away replacing the screen and ports for such a great price! Such a lovely couple with lots of knowledge, extremely quick service! My wife and I have had few IT 'challenges' over the last month or two; (1) my old iPad air wouldn't accept any updates, (2) my PC stopped talking to the printer, (3) then the PC stopped talking to the internet!, (4) lastly, my wife's iPad wouldn't receive any emails.
As I'd heard nothing but positive things about Dominik and Michelle, I popped I to see them about the first problem, i e my old iPad. This was solved by the purchase from them of a fully refurbished 6th gen iPad, at a very good price and with all data and apps transferred. The other issues, 2,3 and 4 above were similarly swiftly resolved by Dominik in his calm, confident and reassuring manner.

Excellent service and great turn around time. Took my nephews gaming pc which had stopped working. After testing Dominik confirmed motherboard and CPU failure. He took special care to keep me fully updated during the whole repair and even helped me make it a cost effective repair by checking all compatible parts with Gpu etc and calling me with the quotes. Highly recommend and will be using again
