Previously opened or disassembled devices

If a device has been previously opened, tampered with, or brought to us in a disassembled condition, a £25 handling and diagnostic fee will apply. 

These cases often require additional time to assess, safely reassemble, and identify any further damage caused by previous repair attempts. This fee allows us to carefully inspect the device while covering the additional time involved.
